Great experience especially when the service manager explained to me the needs of my vehicle and numbered them in the order of importance . I think that right there showed his love and compassion for satisfying customers .
The service for an oil change took 2 hours I had my 2 year old with me. I called prior asked to make an appt they said one wasn’t needed but obviously they are needed. Then when my car was done they parked it outside bc they didn’t have room which I understand but I had bags and again a 2 year old with me. Then I got my paperwork but no keys bc they were handed all over the place to people. This is the 3rd Tahoe I’ve owned along with a suburban this was our first purchase at Bryner bc we followed Bonnie Pitura. My other cars were purchased at Lafferty and I never waited this long for just an oil change.
