I brought my vehicle in to Bryner because of a recall notice I received. My service guy Ed Brunton Jr greeted me, explained what had to be done and gave an estimated amount of time it would take to complete the work. Almost to the minute the work was done. Once again Bryner met my expectations.
Denise the assistant manager in the service department was great and the Manager of the service department was extremely knowledgeable and answered every questions we ask him. They both went over and beyond the call of duty.

well they found the problem this time and fixed it....I sure did not need an 800 dollar bill for a water pump, and 800 for a water pump seems like a lot of money, but I guess when you charge me to diagnose the problem, and then the part and the labor, they say it is 800 dollars..I guess so be it...I took the car there the first time it happened and they could not find it..only when the engine light went on, so it appears, could they diagnose the problem, and charge me 100 to diagnose it...and tell me the problem....go figure..laugh
Spencer is a great technician,the whole team at Bryner Chevy are definitely on the ball. I have nothing but great things to say to my friends about the dealership and the clientele people working there keep up the good work .
It was our first experience with Bryner Chevrolet although we have done business with our Salesperson Bonnie Pitura for over 15 years. Bonnie is the best as always she made us feel like part of the family and she went above and beyond to see that we would get the vehicle that fit our needs and was within our price range. This included taking time on her day off to be there when the car was delivered and showing us the workings of the vehicle from top to bottom. The welcoming atmosphere of the dealership was also appreciated from the moment we walked onto the lot every Sales Representative we me was quick to offer their service.
