I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change. I arrive 15 minutes early & didn't leave until almost 12:30 pm. That's horrible service. I would've been better off going to a local mechanic & probably paying less for the same services

Two hours to do an oil service, not happy with that. Also, when I first got to the service I requested someone from the auto body department look my car and give me an estimate . I felt that the delay was because of the auto body request, just to find out it never happen and I had to wait again just to get someone from auto body to look; the only good news about this service is I was told that I just needed to have to a minor alignment. for the car and that won't cost me anything. Have to come back again and hope Dayan remembers to fix the car for free. Most times I would give you an 8 or higher. Not happy this time with service, most times I am.

I inquired about a previous visit concerning the sunroof leak visit back in March your Water Leak Expert supposedly corrected the leak replaced something with the drainage but didn’t last water drips in front of the infotainment center and under the front floor mats!
