I just went for a certified car checkup. I also mentioned that I heard ticking and could they please look into it and of course no one heard anything. I will be scheduling another appointment real soon because the ticking is there.
I needed a tire repaired however I was told I needed a new tire. I went somewhere else and had tire repaired. Tire and car running well. I will still continue to use Bryner Chevrolet since I purchased my last two vehicles there.

This is my second trip with my certified vehicle to have a problem fixed. This time there was an issue with the shift selector indicating that the vehicle was not in park. I also had a “clunking” noise in the rear. The shift selector was fixed. I was told the clunking was due to rear shocks. The shocks were replaced. I guess no one took a test drive afterwards because when I picked up the vehicle in the evening and went home the clunking noise was still present. I will now have to make another appointment.

Scheduled maintenance was performed and was fine. The cause of the squealing front and/or rear from Brake? area was not diagnosed. I was told the technician did a test drive and inspected the brakes, but did not find any problem with the brakes or anywhere else. I do still continue to hear the squeals and will see what develops.

The experience was really great, I was able to drop my car off the night before so they could look at it the next morning for my annual inspection. Then called me to update me and even helped me purchase a new registration card. I normally don't have any problems when I go to get my car inspected. it was a smooth transition. My only concern was how much it ended up costing me. I paid almost $600 and most of the expenses were for labor, which was way more then the actual service that was need. I could've traded my car in with that amount of money and got a new lease with a new car. I love Bryner Chevrolet though, they are always so nice and helpful and go out their way to help me. Thank you guys. I'll be back to renew my lease next year.
