Had 2018 Equinox in for first Oil Change. I made the appointment on line. When arrived my appointment was not in the system. I never did receive a confirm from Bryner but it appeared my request was submitted and I did receive a Confirmation noting my scheduled appointment when I submitted the request.. Steve Dittmar was the Service Advisor and he did put me into the schedule. That is good Customer Service. I was told the wait would be one and a half hours and it was, maybe a little longer, and that was not a problem, I appreciated I was put into the schedule. I did ask if a confirm is sent when appointment is made on line. He said no email, but advised to call and check after I submit my request next time. Like I said my first service visit to Bryner and despite the minor glitch with scheduling I was impressed with the staff from the time I pulled in to the time I left. Glad we chose Bryner for our Chevrolet purchase.
