I called and left a message for the service department to please call me before they started to work on my husbands Tahoe. When we had the car in for inspection we were given a list of what work was needed in the near future and I have been trying to get this done. Anyway I was not called and the service manager said she talked to my husband instead. There is a specific reason I said to call me; my husband has had 2 strokes that has left his memory unreliable & he gets easily confused. Anyway they did not call me and the work order I had put in was not completed. Tell your people not to assume and to please follow instructions! I doubt we will have any more service work done there.

Everyone was nice and listened to what I wanted for my vehicle. The mechanic did an excellent job on my vehicle and everything was clean and oil pan was wiped down after oil was changed. Mechanic ran my vehicle through the car wash when it was finished too.

Purchased 6 vehicles and had them serviced exclusively for the past 30 years at the dealership. Will be looking to purchase 2 more in the near future. Lately service just isn't like it use to be. Had a driver door on a Traverse there twice, and it still not working properly. Had Silverado and Traverse there for window problems . Window fixed, but driver panel has no control. Silverado was just there for inspection, oil and tire rotation. Next day I am receiving Tire System Monitor warning. Service tells me it is probably a sensor in the tire. I recalibrated the tires. Seems to be working okay now. Maybe that part was accidentally skipped. Then wanted to charge me $740 for oil coolent line while cost range is from $200 - $500. I understand only GM parts are used and service is a little more expensive at the Dealership, but $200 - $250 more for what ? I don't understand. Your service used to be impeccable. It's been slipping lately.

2 stars because I am so not happy that the customer must pay a service fee for using a credit card. I was there for an oil change and I gave the ok for additional maintenance service. The clerk at the desk suggested that "I can use a debit card to avoid the service fee." Yeah right!!!

I brought my 2024 Traverse in that I purchased the end of November because the check engine light had come on twice within 2 weeks once on April 12 and April 21. I was told that I would have to pay for the diagnostics test which was $210. I assured them I would not be paying anything since I have had the car less than 6 month. I also received an OnStar message that says Service Emergency calling on Saturday the 26th. After calling OnStar they told me I had to bring it to the dealership. I had already had an appointment on the 28th. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and the system was updated, so I picked my car up. I was also under the impression that they would wash the car for you when you bring it in for service. I did not realize that amenity was only if you asked for it because my car was not washed. The check engine light was on again Thursday night and the radio didnt work. All times this has happened the light does not stay on, it goes away. I called the dealer to have it noted on my file because I can not keep going back and forth and dropping my car off. They told me that they can not do that. The light does not stay on for me to bring it to the dealership to see it. It has gone out after parking the car for a period of time and everything seems ok. I would just like to know why the light keeps coming on and why it can not be fixed.

It's a little confusing when you arrive, not sure where to park/leave your car; in a parking spot, driveway or pull into the garage. After getting out of my car, I was approached to pull into the garage. There was no one to greet me or tell me what or where to go. I walked into where the representatives were and was told to go back out to where my car was and they would direct me. I told them there was nobody out there. I finally found a young person and asked him 'what do I do?" Vaguely took my car key and told me to go see Chris inside. Wow! Someone loves their job! Spoke with Chris and had a seat in the lounge. I passed on the oil change; my husband and son changed it for les than half the price of what Chevy quoted me. Yikes! Two hours later, inspection and emissions was complete.

I brought my C8 Corvette into Bryner Chevy for a state inspection, oil change, transmission filter replacement, and to have the 5VM carbon fiber package installed. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. My service advisor, Chris Stacy, was especially helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan and timeline. The install of the 5VM package was handled by Steven Spencer, and he did an outstanding job. The parts were installed cleanly and professionally. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Everything looks factory perfect.

Terrible. Stopped in for an appt and 3.5hrs later told they can’t find out the problem. Had to reschedule a week later, got a terrible rental that’s not even close to my brand new 2025 Silverado. Then my trucks in the shop for 4 days and they tell me there’s still nothing wrong with it. Comical.

My 10am appointment was for a state inspection and emissions testing. I arrived and checked in shortly after 09:00, and didn't get out of there until almost 12:30pm. There was hardly any patrons there, so I don't understand why it took so long to have my 2024 Tahoe inspected, especially since my vehicle was in last week for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades and a multi-point inspection.. Other than that I was satisfied.

Unfortunately, my experience I did not appreciate the service. I asked for brake pads to be put on my car and the associate name Steve ordered rotors to be replaced also. He did not confirm what was being done to my vehicle. He stated to me that was on a report I came months ago, but I told him I came back and associate told me I didn’t need rotors. He did work without notifying me what was being done. I don’t know if I will return to that dealership.

I was in for a convertible top leak problem. There was some confusion about this being warranted. The first young lady was excellent etc etc. The special repair person was fine and hopefully fixed problem. However, your two representatives at end made me feel like I was taking advantage of your company!! Instead of thanking me for handling back the loaner car without using it; they both were anything but pleasant!! I was scheduled for a routine oil change and decided to replace my windshield blades for my road trip. While waiting, I was told that I needed some front brakes, which would cost $762.00. My response was, is that for breaks all the way around? NO, I was told for one. My knees became weak. I AM RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME! SO the initial cost for the oil change and windshield blades were over $260 odd dollars, plus over $762 for brakes! JESUS HELP US!

I was greeted was a smile as I drove up, then made my way to the service manager. He was so kind as he listened to the issue I was experiencing, then after he explained the potential causes, I felt at ease, knowing the problem would be addressed fully. Your customers need the ability to rent a car. I have a luxury automobile. I understand that a Chevrolet dealer sells the rainbow as to types of vehicles but I spent less on a luxury brand car and get a loaner every time. Not even asking you for a loaner, just the ability to rent a car so I am not stuck in Jenkintown and I can go to work. It would be better for your technicians also as you could spread out the work more evenly. Not ok. This would not cost the dealership any more money.

I always bring my Chevy vehicle there for service because.you guys are great. However, I was disappointed yesterday because of the miscommunication. I brought my car in on Tuesday to see why I wasn't getting any heat (thought I had forgot how to work it). John checked and said it looks like I was leaking fluid and it would havebto.be looked at. So I told him I would bring it back in the morning because he suggested I not drive it too far. I brought it in at 7 a.m., they pulled it to the back and didn't hear anything until about 11-ish , "Chris" explained what was wrong. So I just settled for an oil change which I was due for. I was upset because what I wasn't informed or prepared for was paying for the diagnostic testing. Nothing was explained to me beforehand. John only discussed it with Chris, but not me. Yet he came and updated other customers with their issues. I had to pull monies from different credit cards for the bill. I never experienced that before coming there and hope it never happens to anyone else. To think your paying for one thing and get a bill for something else is not right and wasn't told until check out. I was there comfortably for about 5 hours. It's a first time for everything, but come on Chevy. I'm very big on COMMUNICATION AND PREPARATION. I'll continue to be a customer, but I didn't like that atball.

My Tahoe wouldn't start unless it was jumped. I called Bryner service department mid afternoon and John said to bring it over. They looked at it soon after I arrived and said it could be the battery, but would check out the electrical system. As it turned out, I needed a starter motor which they replaced the next day. John kept me informed as to price and availability of parts. He called me the following day when it was done and I picked it up. Everyone from the check-in staff to the cashier were extremely cheerful and polite. What great service without an appointment!

I came in because one of my TPMS sensors was not responding. They suggested that I replace all four since the battery was low on two of them and they said two of the sensors were not responding. I went with what was suggested even though I recently had one of the sensors replaced at a different shop. So far so good, I am no longer getting the error message. The work took a little less than 2 and a half hours which was acceptable. I did arrive early for my appointment and they still took me in which I am thankful for. The guys at the desk answered most of my questions to my satisfaction as well. Good customer service.

It was so easy to set up my oil change it was easy to check in they estimated an hour and a half when I called to set up the appointment but they only took 35 min and offered a complimentary car wash which I much needed. I came in because the Tire light came on and the wrench. Two sensors needed to be replaced. They only replaced one. They did not even check to see more than one needed to be replaced.

John the service tech was very accommodating . He explained service was backed up from the snow storm the day before. He provided a shuttle service for us and said he will keep us informed which he did . Vehicle was done one hour ahead of estimated time shuttle service was excellent and driver very friendly.

This was yet another instance of extremely poor communication from Steve, the “service manager“ assigned to us. When he called to tell us what would need to be done on the car (sealing a tire rim), he clearly stated that he would be calling us once the car was finished. No call back that day, no call the next day, I had to call the dealer twice the next day. The first time the person took a message and said Steve would call back. Six hours later he still had not called back so I had to call the dealership to find out that the car had been finished the previous day. On a personal note, every woman in my family who has had to deal with Steve has found him to be condescending and misogynistic. Between our families, my sister-in-law and I have seven cars that are serviced at Bryner. We will no longer be using the service department if Steve is our assigned service manager. When I picked up my car the other day I wanted to talk to the head of the service department, but he was on the phone the entire time I was in the service area. Even searching on the website I could not find a direct contact number or email for the head of the service department. I would appreciate a call back from the head of the department. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Lindsay in the Bryner service department. We would appreciate being reassigned to her.
